How Products are Delivered
We utilize Canada Post or UPS for shipping. Orders placed before 1:00 PM daily will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number on the next business day. Your products will be confirmed for shipment within 24 hours, as long as there is available stock indicated on each product page.
When Will My Order Arrive?

If your order contains pre-order products, we will ship them according to the preparation time stated for those products. To ensure faster shipping of your available products, we recommend placing separate orders: one for pre-order products and another for currently in-stock items.
