Refund policy

The products sold on this website are considered consumables and items intended for personal intimate use. In order to protect your interests and those of other consumers, except for products with obvious defects, we will not be able to offer returns or exchanges for purchased toys and products. Before making a purchase, please carefully read the relevant product descriptions. If you have any questions, please contact us promptly, and we will be dedicated to assisting you. If you have any doubts about the quality or usage of a product during its use, please directly contact our customer service personnel for clarification.

What to do if an item has obvious defects?

If you discover obvious defects in the item within 7 days of purchase, such as evident breakage, no response, inability to vibrate, please promptly take photos or videos and send them to us. We will verify with the manufacturer. If it is confirmed that the product is defective, we will process a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must include all original components, parts, and packaging, and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages caused by buyer's personal reasons cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please contact us via customer service email lavoiesarah68@gmail.com. Due to the nature of the items sold, all returned products will be destroyed and will not be resold under any circumstances. We will follow the steps below to complete the return process:

  2. Contact customer service
  3. Customer provides photo or video evidence
  4. We confirm and review with the manufacturer
  5. Customer service contacts the customer to confirm if return/exchange is possible
  6. Customer returns the product (all accessories and packaging included)
  7. We confirm the returned product
  8. We send out a new product or process a refund or provide Store Credit
